Truth is delicate

Hello! 


Here are some quick updates on what I'm working on and what I've been up to! 

• My next Horikane fic is still in the works! It's getting close to being finished. It has taken me a lot longer than I expected because 1. I'm a perfectionist, 2. I've been sick. Hopefully I can finish it in a way that I am happy with, and that readers will enjoy! I'm still so thankful for the positive response to my first Touken Ranbu fic. :D 
• I have an abundance of outlines for new Touken Ranbus fics waiting to be written. I have another one that I recently started working on. I'm not sure when this fic is going to be done. I have to finish the Horikane first. Not to mention that I'm writing for two characters I've never written before. Whenever I write a new character, I work slower to make sure I'm happy with how the characterization comes along.
• I'm going to be leaving my current job and working on new things soon! I have a long ways to go towards my long term goals, but I am happy with the progress I've been making in setting the foundation for those future goals. I'm going to be working more in my field, and gaining skills that will help me down the road. I had a great conversation with a former professor of mine that reassured me about my capabilities as a historian. ^^ 
• I've been feeling unwell for around 2 years now, but a little over a month ago I came down with a really serious infection. I'm still feeling rather sick from that infection, and that's why I haven't been as productive as I would like. I'm seeing more doctors this week, so hopefully I'll get some relief! I really want to get my health squared away.
• I'm working on getting my horses back in shape! I'd like to start competing again in 2018.
• I'm also trying to get started on some new photography projects :D 
• 日本史を勉強していますから、日本語が上手くなりたいです。いつか、日本で働きたいです。 大学で江戸時代と明治時代を研究ました。 明治時代について学位論文を書きました。歴史がとても面白いですね。私の先生は私が日本に行った方がいいと言いました。まず、もっと勉強しなくてはいけません。頑張ります！
